Achmea Hypotheekbank Covered Bond programme - 29th of June 2010
’S HERTOGENBOSCH - Achmea Hypotheekbank N.V. announces today that it has requested Standard and Poor’s Rating Services to withdraw its rating (currently “AAA” watch neg) for Achmea Hypotheekbank’s EUR10 billion covered bond programme established in 2007.
On 25 June Fitch Ratings assigned a “AAA” rating to Achmea Hypotheekbank covered bond programme. Stichting Trustee Achmea Covered Bond Company has no objection against the change in rating agencies.

Financieringsprogramma
Begin 2007 heeft Achmea Hypotheekbank een covered bond financieringsprogramma met een omvang tot EUR 10 miljard opgezet. Voorts maakt Achmea Hypotheekbank gebruik van securitisaties als fundingsinstrument. Achmea Hypotheekbank heeft sinds het jaar 2000 zeven securitisatietransacties uitgevoerd.
